The 35th anniversary of the Kawasaki Z Owners will be held over a two-day period BUT has Three schedules over the two days. This is how the proposal will unfold.
THE MAIN EVENT
On Saturday 20th of March within 100 meters behind the Yarck Hotel there is a camping /parking area, where at approx. 11am onwards we will be holding a show "n" shine with the bikes at that area. the Pub is close, so Drinks and meals are accessible there are other venues close by to choose from if so desired. (I believe you can camp at this area as well)
Late afternoon, we the club and invited guesses will move up to Haydens Burges Property in Ruffy (if you choose to) where all are welcome to camp or caravan. There will be food and Nonalcoholic beverages provided by the club (B.Y.O Alcohol and exotic food like Salad). NOTE; with prior arrangements you are welcome to set up camp on the Friday evening before-hand or early on Saturday morning then ride down to the Show"n"Shine at the Yarck Park.
On the Sunday all members who have stayed at Ruffy or Yarck, "who feel to join in" will group ride to YEA for a meet and greet with club members riding up from Yarra Glen (this will be riders who weren't able to attend the previous day and nights functions). the group ride from Yea after coffee will be decided on the Day.
This is an Overview Draft of what's been proposed, Times schedules and refinement to the program could change. as for Haydens Ruffy Property address and contact numbers details, they will follow as time gets closer to the event.
